The ₹20,000 registration fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.

Email admissions@vpmit.com with your application/admission reference number and the reason for withdrawal. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.
Where a scholarship has been applied, refunds (if applicable) are calculated on the net fee paid after scholarship deduction, not the gross programme fee.
