1. Information We Collect

When you apply for admission, request a scholarship, register for a Login dashboard, or contact us, PMIT collects information you provide directly, which may include your name, email address, phone number, academic records, government ID documents (for admission verification), and messages you send us. Dashboard usage (attendance, test scores, fee records, etc.) is collected as part of delivering the academic services you or your ward are enrolled in.

2. How We Use Information

3. How We Protect Information

Passwords are stored using one-way cryptographic hashing and are never visible to PMIT staff. Sensitive identifiers are encrypted at rest. All dashboard sessions use secure, HTTP-only cookies. Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Access to student and parent records is restricted by role — for example, a parent account can only view records of students explicitly linked to that account.

4. Sharing of Information

PMIT does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with faculty and mentors directly involved in a student's academic journey, with parents/guardians linked to a student's account, and where legally required (e.g. government examination bodies, regulatory authorities).

5. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting hello@vpmit.com. Certain academic records may be retained as required by educational regulations.

6. Cookies

PMIT uses only essential session cookies required for login and security (CSRF protection). We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

7. Changes to This Policy

PMIT may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected with an updated "Last updated" date above.
